In this area you are able to create an asset of the client. It is necessary to add valid licenses for ACMP Asset Management

Creates an asset of the current client and link this with the client

Links an existing asset with the current client

Edit Asset

Opens the asset for editing.

Remove Asset link

Removes the link between client and asset. The asset will not be removed.

In this area are deposited all custom data for the current client. These are custom fields and documents.

 

Custom Fields

Here are all custom fields with there values. You are able to change all values from here. To accept your changes click Save. (save).

 

Documents

All documents with a link to the current client are shown here

Refresh

Refreshs the view for linked documents

In this area are all client command information about the current client

 

Attached Files

Here are all files listed which were attached with a client command.

Saves the selected file locally

Delete selected

Deletes the selected file

Deletes all attached files

 

Logs

Here are all log files for client commands for the current client. Requirement is the activated logging for client commands.

Clear log

Deletes all log files for the current client

Save log as file

Saves the selected log as a file locally

In this area you get a fast view on inventoried data of the current client. Divided in the sections Computer, Drives and Mainbord you may find an information. It is not possible to make changes to the values.

In this area are listed all tickets for the current client. You can select All Tickets or Only open Tickets to be shown

This area shows all information about installed software for the current client

 

hmtoggle_arrow1Windows Update Management

In this area you can see all available and installed Windows updates for the current client. Additional you can ahve a look into the Windows uodate logs from here.

 

Hinweis

Note:

When the client is managed by ACMP you are able to select one installed Windows Update to uninstall. For the Available Windows Updates it is possible to select one for install on the current client.

 

The Windows Update Logs are completely logged. You are also able to take a look into them.
