Below master data you can specify the display order of fields in contact details.

In the middle area you are able to define which clients will be linked to contacts. You can choose if clients will be linkable when there was a logged on user or not. Clients added by a support staff members are always linkable.
To import contacts it is important to define an unique criterion. You can choose Email or a custom ID for using as unique criterion. You are able to rename the caption for your needs.
