You can use the ACMP-specific variables throughout the ACMP.

These must be entered in the format %Variablenname%, for example, %Ticket_ID%.

 

To facilitate the handling of variables, you can display all variables at any time via the key combination Ctrl+Space in some kind of context menu. In this case, the variables bear names that describe the content.
