In the configuration you can adjust various options of the Helpdesk center to your needs, from the generation of the ticket on the basis of an email, via custom fields, to email templaates for different exsation ticket generation from an e-mail out about custom fields to email templates at different levels of escalation, which escalation can also be configured.
The different configuration options are included in the available horizontal tabs, with further sub-items included in the vertical tabs on the left side.
