To edit existing cost centers you have to navigate to Asset Management -> Hardware Assets and select Cost Centers in the ribbonbar. The ribbonbar shows all available commands for cost centers. In the left area you will see all existing cost centers.

Refresh Refreshs the cost center window. |

Add Cost center You can add a cost center. |

Edit Cost center You can edit an existing cost center. |

Delete Cost center You can delete an existing cost center. |

Import Select a CSV-file to import cost centers. |
With this wizard you can create cost centers. Select the target folder on the first page and enter the department name. Optional you can enter a abbreviation an a description.
Add Cost center
On the second page you are able to assign members and contact persons. When you want to delete an assigned member or contact person click on the corresponding item.
To import cost centers you need a CSV-file with all essential informations for the cost center. Do not forget to insert a column for the cost center name. This is a mandatory field.
