Here you will find the settings to limit the size of attachments that can be appended. So you can be sure that your storage capacity is not exceeded in an uncontrolled manner. By default, attachments of tickets are limited to a maximum size of 3 MB, and 5 MB for attachments of the knowledge base.
Configuring attachments
To adjust these sizes, select the appropriate size unit (GB, MB, KB) from the drop-down box and simply enter the desired size. If you wish to disable attachments, set the size to 0 KB. The input variables apply per file.
Then save your changes.
