The login page is the first page you see from the web interface. You will reach this page by entering the following address in your browser, and where [ip] is the IP address of the computer on which the web interface installed: http://[ip]/Helpdesk/
On the login page you will generally find the fields user name, password, and language. Here, you can enter as a Helpdesk user your ACMP login name as well as the corresponding password. If authentication vis-à-vis an Active Directory is installed, you can select a drop-down list, select the appropriate domain (see Login).
If auto login is enabled in the web interface configuration (see General), the user can also select whether his data are to be stored. This would mean that the user does not have to re-enter his data each time he calls up the web interface.
In the login box you'll find the section Login information and password request. This section can be opened using the arrow button. By entering the email address stored for a user in ACMP e-mail address, a new password can be requested.
Note: |
An ACMP user requires the assignment of the Helpdesk role to securely log in here (see User Administration). |
