With the report preview you can view the reports without having to print them out. When you double-click on a report in the management, a tab opens with the screen of the report preview.

Once you have opened a report, several items are available for navigation.

Save Makes it possible to save the report as an HTML, Excel, RTF or PDF file. |

Prints the report on any printer. |

100% Sets the view of the report to its original size. |

Entire page Scales the report so as to show an entire page. |
|
Fit page width to screen Scales the report so as to take full advantage of the width of the preview screen. |
|
Navigation With the help of the four arrows you can navigate in the preview. |
