In configuration profiles you determine the settings for the Avira installation. On delivery, we provide you with the Default Avira Pro and the Default Avira Server profile which are located in the folder Configuration Profiles. To organise your configuration profiles you can create various favoured sub folders via the ribbon bar. This folder can be edited or deleted if desired. To do so, mark the desired folder and select the corresponding action in the ribbon bar.

To make adjustments to the sorting of the directory, select the folder and click Edit folder in the ribbon bar. |
Warning: |
If you delete a folder containing a configuration profile, it will also be deleted. |
Add a configuration profile
To add a new configuration profile, first select the folder in which you wish to store the configuration profile and then click add configuration profile in the ribbon bar (
). In a new window, a wizard will open in which you can control the target folder and possibly make adjustments. In addition, you name the newly created configuration profile on this page. Now click Next in order to customize the settings of the configuration profile.
Edit configuration profile
If you wish to edit the settings of an already existing configuration profile, select the configuration profile and select Edit configuration profile in the ribbon bar (
). You can now customizethe settings and thereafter save the changes with Save.

To change the arrangement of the configuration profiles you can place them in different folders per drag and drop or the target folder can be changed via Edit configuration profile. |
Delete configuration profile
To delete an existing configuration profile, select it and click delete configuration profile in the ribbon bar (
). Alternatively, you can push the delete-button to delete the selected configuration profile.
Duplicate configuration profile
You have to opportunity to duplicate existing configuration profiles. For this, select the configuration profile to be duplicated and click Duplicate configuration profile in the ribbon bar (
).
